Maeve Murphy, Career Coach & Career Development Trainer

Over the years, I’ve coached and designed career development training for 1,700+ professionals from over 100 countries. I also work closely with recruiters and HR teams, keeping up to date with recruitment trends, to understand what helps people succeed in the Irish job market.

I decided to become a coach after experiencing coaching for myself and being really impressed at how effective it was. In 2023, facing a potential redundancy, I set up IPI to continue doing what I love — coaching and supporting people to improve overall well-being and career prospects. 

I specialise in working with people looking for work in Ireland, and I enjoy supporting people with personal development — whether working on personal or business goals, starting out, changing careers, or looking for career progression. The mind-body connection also really interests me and informs my coaching, and I use somatic tools in individual and group sessions, where appropriate for clients.
