I’m a qualified career coach and trainer, and I’ve supported over 1,700 international professionals from more than 100 countries on their career journeys in Ireland.
As a job seeker and someone who has lived and worked in different countries, I understand the challenges of navigating life and work through another language and culture — and I also appreciate that everyone’s story is different. Over the years, I’ve had jobs that made me miserable, and I’ve struggled in the Irish job market too — sending out hundreds of CVs with no response.
Things changed when I started learning more about mindset and my own limiting beliefs, as well as learning from people in recruitment and HR, up-skilling, networking and building the confidence to apply for roles I was genuinely excited about.
That shift led to enjoyable and meaningful work in roles in Immigration Casework, Career Coaching and Training in organisations I really valued, and to completing a Master's in Migration Studies and Social Work. I also began to follow other interests in my free time which later became part of my every day work — training as a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Instructor, bringing somatic approaches into my coaching and group training. Finally in early 2024, I set up International Professionals Ireland to bring this experience together and to support others in a meaningful, affordable and person-centred way.
My approach is about meeting people where they are — helping them figure out what’s next in a way that feels realistic, personal, and that helps to improve overall well-being.
