Maeve Murphy, Career Coach & Career Development Courses Trainer
I decided to become a coach after experiencing coaching for myself and being amazed at how effective it was for me. Later, facing a potential redundancy in 2023, I set up IPI to continue doing what I love — coaching and supporting people to improve their overall well-being and career prospects. I specialise in working with migrants and returning emigrants, and also work with anyone interested in personal or career coaching — whether working on personal goals, starting out in careers, changing careers, or looking for career progression.
Over the years, I’ve coached and trained 1,700+ professionals from over 100 countries. I also work closely with recruiters and HR teams, keeping up to date with recruitment trends to understand what helps people succeed in the Irish job market.
I have a Diploma in Coaching (Irish Life Coach Institute), a Master’s in Social Work and Migration Studies (University of Granada, Spain), and I am trained as a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Instructor — which allows me to bring somatic approaches into coaching sessions when helpful.
If you’re not sure what direction to go in, how to take steps forward, or are feeling stuck, coaching can help you gain clarity and feel motivated to improve your life, making and acting on the decisions that are best for you.
