About Me
I’m a qualified Career Coach and Trainer, with experience supporting over 1,700 international professionals from 100+ nationalities, on their career journeys in Ireland. 

Through my work, I've had the privilege of understanding a wide variety of challenges faced by international professionals, from visa issues to adapting to Irish workplace culture. While I have experienced some of these challenges personally, having lived in Spain and Australia, I understand that every individual’s experience is different, and I’m here to support you through yours.

I’ve also struggled with sending hundreds of CVs with no response, and not understanding recruitment processes, eventually understanding that my CV was underselling my experiences and transferable skills. These challenges along with my work experience so far, have helped me understand what international professionals need to succeed in Ireland’s job market.

Through my coaching and group training, I’ve created tailored resources to help individuals overcome specific barriers, whether it’s low confidence, navigating cultural communication styles, or mastering the recruitment process in Ireland. 

My goal is to help you break down big career goals into energising, manageable steps that lead to successful outcomes.
